Progress Report 2020 #24

It’s Friday, time to look at what we’ve done for the last week.

Words written (week/YTD): 16,054 / 304,075

638-words of admin + 1 projects.

This week’s round of rewrites went remarkably well. I cannot remember the last time I managed to get that many words into one project without flitting about five others as well.
I’m not on track to make this my best June ever, but that’s okay. I’ve managed to fly right past 2018, and then 2014’s June numbers. And the little goals that count just as much as the big ones (and twice as much as the over the top ones), right?

29 pages edited

Pretty safe to say the drop in pages edited is directly related to the focus on the one book. I did start color coding my editing spreadsheet, so I know that I got in 28 pages from the book that’s my new editing focus, and only 1 from the last set of edits. (have you ever had a page that was so atrocious you had to print it out all by itself just to make it bleed?)

What I’m reading

I haven’t managed to keep track of my reading progress by date (I’m going to be making up things based on the order in which I read them when I throw them into GoodReads here in a little while.
I’m really going to try to be better about staying on top of this particular part of the progress report, because I have been slacking.
